CSV Format Requirements

Your CSV file must include the following columns in this exact order:

Employee Name,Start Date,Start Time,End Time,Days Scheduled,Is Recurring,End of Recurrence

Column Details:

Employee Name: Full name as it appears in the system
Start Date: YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2025-01-15)
Start Time: HH:MM format (24-hour, e.g., 09:00)
End Time: HH:MM format (24-hour, e.g., 17:00)
Days Scheduled: Comma-separated (M,T,W,Th,F,Sa,Su)
Is Recurring: Y or N
End of Recurrence: YYYY-MM-DD format (required if recurring)

Example:

John Doe,2025-01-15,09:00,17:00,"M,T,W,Th,F",Y,2025-03-15
Jane Smith,2025-01-16,14:00,22:00,Sa,N,
